Golden Sands Beach Resort Area
Introduction:
Huangdao Golden Sands Beach Resort Area is the most popular beach and gets crowded as you can see. A crescent shape with a length of more than 3,500 meters and a width of 300 meters. It is considered one of the finest beaches in China with many tourism functions, sea views, sand sculpture, kite flying, wave riding, speed boats, water biking, bungie jump and all kinds of foods and drink.
Water is clear and on the Golden Sands Beach , the sand is as fine as powder, the color is like gold, the sea water is blue like the sky, so it is called “Golden Beach”. Qingdao Golden Beach is the beach with the finest sand, the largest beach area full of activities of all kinds.
My recommendations is to totally avoid the area in summer months on the weekend unless you like 100’s of thousands of people packing in every nook and corner. Off season during the week is quite pleasant to take in the water and mirage of beach activities.
